Complete Control, Inverters & Eligible Spare Parts – Project-wise Technical Support

When a customer purchases Complete Control (Local Assembling), elevator inverters or other eligible project-wise lift and elevator spare parts from Capital Lift Limited, we provide project-wise technical support through our technical support engineer at no additional service charge. This support is related to the purchased products and may include product-related guidance, coordination, parameter or setting guidance where applicable, and technical assistance according to the agreed project requirements. The support is subject to prior project discussion, engineer availability, site readiness and the mutually agreed schedule. Eligibility and scope will be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. Any service outside the agreed scope must be confirmed separately in writing.

Intellectual Property
